Do you ship internationally?
Kin & Keepsakes currently ship within Australia only.
Most items are produced in Australia. Some are fulfilled through trusted production partners and may be manufactured overseas to maintain availability and delivery timeframe.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 5–14 business days after your order is placed. Production times may vary during seasonal demand or for specialty items.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
We may be able to update your address provided your order has not entered production or been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Kin & Keepsakes is not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Can my order be left in a safe place for delivery?
Yes, provide an Authority to Leave your parcel in a safe place.
Kin & Keepsakes is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after delivery, unless the parcel was delivered incorrectly or not in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Your items may be shipped separately depending on the products ordered and where they are fulfilled. Separate postage costs may apply.
How do I track my order?
All parcels are sent with tracked shipping with details provided to you by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, contact us and we will follow up.
Why is my order delayed?
If your order is delayed, use the tracking information provided to check the latest delivery status. Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including weather events, carrier congestion, operational disruptions, peak seasonal periods, or international customs.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order details and we will assist.
