Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No. Kin & Keepsakes currently ship within Australia only.

Some items are produced in Australia, while others are fulfilled through trusted production partners and may be manufactured overseas to maintain availability and delivery timeframe. All orders are shipped to Australian addresses only.

What are the average production times?

Production times vary depending on the product, order size, and seasonal demand. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2–7 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods or for specialty items, production may take slightly longer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For Australian deliveries, the shipping timeframes will vary depending on your location. Please allow 7–14 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details.

Once a print-on-demand item has entered production or an order has dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. Kin & Keepsakes is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Can my order be left in a safe place for delivery?

Delivery can be made with your Authority to Leave in a safe place where permitted by the carrier.

If you authorise a parcel to be left in a safe place, delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the nominated location. Kin & Keepsakes is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after delivery where Authority to Leave has been provided, unless the parcel was delivered incorrectly or not in accordance with delivery instructions.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Print-on-demand items, decor, gifts and keepsakes may ship separately depending on the products ordered and their fulfilment locations.

How do I track my order?

All parcels are sent with tracked shipping. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, contact us and we will follow up.

Why is my order delayed?

If your order is delayed, use the tracking information provided to check the latest delivery status. Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including weather events, carrier congestion, operational disruptions, peak seasonal periods, or international customs.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate with the delivery carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. For print-on-demand items, we work with our production partners to issue replacements where required.

Where can I find more shipping information?

Fulfillment and shipping information is included on each product page on our website.

Print on demand items are produced in Australia where available, otherwise internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the fulfilment location and carrier. Kin & Keepsakes decor, gifts and keepsakes are produced locally and shipped within Australia. Multi-item orders may ship separately and incur separate shipping charges.
